SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping policy:

We pride ourselves on shipping your orders the same day (if ordered before 2 p.m. EST on weekdays). We use different carriers to ensure we get the best rate for your order. Most of our orders take 1-4 business days to arrive at your location in Canada and 3-8 business days to arrive at your location in the United States.

Shipping rates:

We have negotiated shipping rates with our carriers and you can select the one that best suits your needs during the ordering process.

Delivery times: 

All orders are processed and shipped the same day when an order is placed before 2 p.m. EST on weekdays. If the order is placed after 2 p.m. EST, we will ship it the next business day.

Tracking information:

When we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information. It is normal for tracking information to take some time to display. You will see updated information a few hours after the carrier picks up your order (normally 5 p.m. EST on weekdays).

If tracking information is not available after 24 hours, please allow a few additional business days before rechecking tracking. Our shipping partners provide tracking updates and when the tracking number is not activated, the goldfanfurniture.shop customer service team is not yet able to provide further details.

International shipping:

We currently ship to Canada and the United States (excluding Armed Forces of the Americas, Armed Forces of Europe, Armed Forces of the Pacific, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands). Returns and exchanges: 

The customer has 30 days to return or exchange an item. Please see our returns policy for further details.

How to request an investigation:

If your estimated delivery time is exceeded by more than 10 business days, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. We will request a shipping inquiry on your behalf. For any questions or concerns, please contact us.
